Spiced Chai & Caramel: a lightly spiced cake with cardamon, cinnamon, vanilla, black tea and ginger, chai latte cake soak and a caramel Italian meringue buttercream filling.
Strawberry & Rhubarb: a light sponge with homemade strawberry compote stirred through and a rhubarb buttercream filling (deluxe).
Vanilla & Jumbleberry: a classic vanilla sponge sandwiched with homemade jumbleberry jam and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.
Persian Love Cake: my take on this Persian classic... An almond & lemon dense cake delicately spiced, with a pomegranate and rose drizzle and pistachio praline buttercream (deluxe).
British Summertime: a zesty lemon sponge with a gin and tonic drizzle, sandwiched with Italian meringue buttercream and homemade lemon curd (deluxe).
Take Me Back To Mexico!: inspired by Pina Coladas on the beach! Coconut cake, with a lime and chilli drizzle, lime curd, Italian meringue buttercream with pineapple praline (deluxe).
Gooey Caramel & White Chocolate Mud Cake: a ‘brownie like’ caramel and white chocolate cake, with salted caramel drizzle and buttercream (deluxe).
Chocolate Overload: chocolate fudge cake with a decadent chocolate filling. Loved by kids and adults alike!
Carrot Cake: a classic carrot cake, loaded with walnuts, pistachios and spices. Filled with creamy vanilla frosting.
‘My Dad’s a Fruit Cake’ - my eccentric pa’s secret recipe! It’s a light fruit cake with loads of booze (deluxe).
Deluxe flavours will incur a small additional charge. This charge is dependent on the size of cake.
Gluten free, dairy free and vegan variations are available. There may be a small surcharge dependent on your requirements. Also, if you fancy something different, just let me know. We’re more than happy to create something bespoke for you.
